You have enjoyed watching and listening to animated funniest cartoons. You love the way they scream and cry on top of their lungs, shout and whisper and provoke emotions through their dialogs. Many a times what appeals most in an animated cartoon character is their way of talking. You know a lot about your favorite animated cartoons, however, ever wondered about the voice behind the success of that cartoon character. Voice over artists give their voice to a cartoon character. Just for a moment imagine Bugs bunny without his meek voice or Fred Flintstone without his famous 'Yabba Dabba Doo!'. The animated cartoons will look lifeless without their voices.
The voice over artists are people who always stay away from the limelight but make sure that the voice of their animated character is heard far and wide. It is also enthralling to note that the voices of some of the funny cartoon characters from blockbuster animated movies are top notch Hollywood stars. Take Shark Tale for example. This movie features the voices of Will Smith, Angelina Jolie, Martin Scorsese, Renée Zellweger, Jack Black and Robert De Niro. Robin Williams is also the voice behind some funny cartoon characters which includes Genie from the animated movie Aladdin. He is one of the most talented voice actors and has also given his voice for animation movies like Happy Feet and Robots. Eddie Murphy is also a well-known voice actor. He voiced Donkey in the Shrek series and the dragon Mushu in Disney's Mulan.
Enough about the well known actors turned voice actors. There are many voice actors who are probably the voice of your favorite animated character but little do you know about them. Such actors have dedicated all their life to make sure that animations do not look like mere cartoon drawings. Mel Blanc is regarded as the 'man of a thousand voices', he has been a part of every classic Hollywood animation studio. He has been the voice of many male funniest cartoons such as Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Yosemite Sam, Woody Woodpecker, Barney Rubble and Wile Coyote. Similarly for Joe Alaskey, he is the current voice of Daffy Duck, Marvin the Martian, Sylvester and Tweety bird.
Were you aware that Walt Disney also voiced a cartoon character? Yes, he was the initial voice of Mickey Mouse. Jack Mercer a famous animator is best known as the voice of Popeye. He also did other cartoon voices, including all the voices for a series of Felix the Cat cartoons, Wimpy, Poopdeck Pappy, Popeye's nephews and King Little in Fleischer's Gulliver's Travels.
Similarly, there are many other voice actors who are a part of the success of a cartoon character but they never come forth in the limelight. Animated funniest cartoons would lose their charm without the dedicated efforts of these voice actors.
Abby, Bel and Kewl may not speak out to you but they will still win your heart with their wholesome, threesome activities
