Cartoon series featuring great animated cartoon characters

How many times have you waited for a week to catch a show featuring your favorite animated cartoon characters? Quite often. Many people around the world are addicted to cartoon characters. My Favorite Martian, an animated series by Filmation was first telecasted in 1973. It was adapted from a non animated series.

Though 1970 saw the rise in animated cartoon series but the big boom came in the 1980s. The 1980s saw the rise of some of the most amazing animated characters. DuckTales is one of the most notable cartoon series of all times produced by Walt Disney Company. The adorable money-minded animated cartoon character Scrooge McDuck created an impressive impact on people of all age groups. This animated series paved way for more Walt Disney animated series such as Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers and TaleSpin. The Little Mermaid is another impressive animated series based on the 1989 animated picture of the same name produced by Walt Disney Television Animation. Simpsons, However, managed to break all the records after being the animated series in the history of cartoons. Simpsons yellow colored animated characters have a huge fanfare which is growing day by day.
