Comic strips and cartoons are enjoyed by almost everyone. But not many will know much about different kinds of strips and their differentiations. While we are aware that there are funny strips, detective strips, cartoon strips, humor and political strips, we will be at a loss beyond these general categories. In some cases, the publishing company or an heir of the cartoonist takes over to maintain continuity after the demise of the cartoonist. These comic strips come either as paperbacks as well as in newspapers and magazines.
